Client Experience Manager

Kristen Woodward is the Client Experience Manager for Watermark, responsible for delivering a meaningful experience to the client by bridging the gap between the client and the Watermark brand.  She is here to ensure that the client's experience with Watermark is engaging, efficient and effective, allowing the client to have the time and financial independence to do the things that are important to them.

Kristen attended Grand Valley State University obtaining a dual major in accounting and finance.  Kristen currently resides in Hudsonville, Michigan with her husband, Zac, and their two daughters and son.  Kristen has worked with Watermark part time since 2021.  Prior to joining Watermark, Kristen used her organizational and management skills working for a private West Michigan-based IT company. 

When Kristen isn't working she enjoys spending time with family, hanging out on the boat and maintaining an immaculate home. Her structured personality is evident in everything she does.
